Step 2
Complete and Sign the Order Form | Download and print the following order form, and fill it out according to the instructions inside. The file will open in an Acrobat Reader window.

Step 3
Submit Order | When you have completely and accurately completed step 1 and step 2 of the ordering process, all you need to do is submit the order. A Krysia Sales Representative will contact you within 72 hours to confirm the order and give you an estimated ship date. For a bridal party of multiple dresses, we will contact the bride only with the confirmation and estimated ship date.
